An interdisciplinary team of Master students at the faculty of Industrial Design were challenged to design a concept for an airside liquor store for women.
Liquor purchases by females on the airport are very low. To boost sales, this concept engages female shoppers to explore the flavours and culinary possibilities of liquor. The result is an airport liquor store where women can eat their heart out |
design competition LEGO, 2012 TU Delft
A concept that facilitates a tailored customer journey for children in the LEGO department of a toy store. Children will much sooner find their preferred products than if they are bombarded with random animations. Using reactive screens that recognise movement or products being picked up, animations of Lego products interacting with one and other sets out a child's own adventure throughout the store, seeking out and exploring products they like.

designing for retail, Bsc course, 2011 TU Delft
A retail concept for the internet cafe of the future. Combining an internet café’s utilities with the services of Linked In is a clicks to bricks concept. In this philosophy an online/ digital service (clicks) is made tactual (bricks) through design.
The LinkedIn environment is a place where professionals can get together to work, share resources and enjoy a new form of collegiality. |
